ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor)

Why is it important?

  • Early Detection of Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

  • Detecting Hypotension (Low Blood Pressure)

  • Preventing Stroke and Heart Disease

  • Guiding Medication and Treatment

  • Tracking Effects of Lifestyle Changes

A healthy blood pressure should average within the green zone shown on the chart aside (90/60 to 120/80). If your blood pressure is high and falls on the red zone (above 140/90) we can offer a 24 hour check  (ABPM)
